During testing, I tried a whole bunch of different minimum sizes, and found the
4 line minimum to
work the best.
If you find you're receiving a lot of messages which hit this rule, you can
disable the defaults and add
your own version:
body BLANK_LINES_80_90 eval:check_blank_line_ratio('80','90','4')
'4' is the minimum number of lines required for the rule to activate. :)
