What is the proper procedure? Are we in a commit before voting state at the moment, so I just check it in and let someone object if they want to? Do I ask for agreement from people first?

Now that my computer is back in working order I'm ready to do my first
commit, for bug #3021 Use whitelist_from_rcvd failure as forgery rule.
