The BIZ_TLD test is fired when the string ".biz/" is in the body, but it is not
picking up ".biz.", which when the URL is at the end of a sentence.
Numerous spams have been using this to get through in the past few days. Almost
all of them seem to be originating from the same spammer.
I consider this one of the most valuable tests. I have upped its value to 3.5.
I have never found it used legitimately.
