is there some reason why you guys can't run the tests *before* you do a checkin?
this is really annoying and now that you are with the ASF, the basic software
development practice the ASF has been doing for *years* is to require running
tests before a checkin...

t/rcvd_parser...............FAILED test 27
        Failed 1/26 tests, 96.15% okay

t/rule_names................ Found anti-pattern: P_1251 = FREE_ACCESS,
# Failed test 191 in SATest.pm at line 501
        Found anti-pattern: P_627 = OPT_OUT_CAPS,
# Failed test 535 in SATest.pm at line 501 fail #2

Note: rule_name failures may be only cosmetic
but must be fixed before release

FAILED tests 191, 535, 1283-1287
        Failed 7/1287 tests, 99.46% okay

Failed Test Stat Wstat Total Fail Failed List of Failed
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
t/rcvd_parser.t 26 1 3.85% 27
t/rule_names.t 1287 7 0.54% 191 535 1283-1287
6 tests skipped.
Failed 2/57 test scripts, 96.49% okay. 6/1836 subtests failed, 99.67% okay.
