with by the parser.  If it's being missed, and "spamassassin -D -t" doesn't show
the domain as being correctly parsed (ie. it's parsed OK just not in SURBL),
please attach a message that does this and we'll get debugging.

'implicit .com and http://', AFAIK, does not apply for links in an email
message, however -- if anyone finds an email client that *does* apply that for
emailed links, let us know ;)
