I really don't want to add Net::SMTP as a dependency for a rule. I think this
is better done as a contrib
plugin for 3.0, which you can add to the wiki
(http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/CustomPlugins).
also, the patch doesn't pay attention to whether Net::DNS is actually installed
or not, so it would make
Net::DNS a requirement too.
