In this case, zoroaster.example.org seems to be some sort of mail service that
is being used by the recipient. If that is true, it has to be listed as trusted
for anything involving trusted relays to work. Can you verify that is the case
and see how this works if you fix the configuration?

The remaining case is still the thorniest. How do we handle knowing what is
trusted in the case of a mailing list? Do we require people to list the servers
of mailing lists that they use as trusted?
