Using the _HAMMYTOKENS or _SPAMMYTOKENS configuration option (to show
tokens in the report) on a highly asymmetric database can result in a
crash because sqrt is called (from
Bayes::compute_declassification_distance) using a negative number.
The patch below fixes the problem and also ensures that the
declassification distance is never less than one.
