Just a side note:  I'm not sure about how many people *want* to download
third party rulesets.  However, I can tell you how many systems
currently have Rules du Jour deployed.  Yesterday 1157 unique IP
addresses invoked rules_du_jour (although I can't tell you what rulesets
they have checked).
