It is necessary to provide a pointer for inexperienced user how the
prerequisites
for spamassassin are properly installed.
I am unfamiliar with Perl world and CPAN and there is just
"HTML::Parser >= 3.24 (from CPAN)". I don't know where CPAN is, how do I find
HTML::Parser there and how do I install it. I have searched INSTALL for CPAN if
there isn't a generic info how CPAN modules are installed and didn't find
anything.
I suggest adding a complete info how these modules are being installed.
