Some RBLs allow mirroring of the zones to local nameservers. Spamassassin
currently always queries the default nameservers and does not allow the
specification of another nameserver for RBL queries.
For improved performance and reduced network traffic, Spamassassin should allow
specifying different nameservers for RBL queries.
