First, fantastic job in 3.0.0-pre1. It's great software, and has been working
flawlessly for me.

My only comment is that, in the interactive make questions, network tests
should default to on. Experienced admins can obviously decide for themselves
whether to compile in network tests. The purpose of the default is to have
good results for the naive sysadmin. The reality is that SpamAssassin works
much better with network tests enabled.

The other test for whether a default is reasonable is the failure behavior.
In this case, if the sysadmin chooses yes on network tests without having
Net::DNS installed, nothing bad happens (other than a few millisecond delay),
since SpamAssassin does a DNS test every time.

Note that I have nothing against network tests as a compile option. I'm just
arguing that the most reasonable choice for most sysadmins should be the
default, and that default should be yes to network tests.
