The URI rule only works if you prepend some protocol 
name (e.g., "http://";) to the domain name. Otherwise 
it's not matched. 


But, actually, your point about body rules run with 
all HTML tags stripped out of the email is incorrect. 
The 2 lines that should fire the rule are: 

<CENTER><A href=
"http://mail15.com";>

But they don't. 

If I get rid of the \n splitting the two lines, i.e., 

<CENTER><A href= "http://mail15.com";>

Then the body rule works. 

It really seems a regexp bug.
