In 3.0.0-pre2, the INSTALL, README, etc. have some minor errors and obsolete
information that the attached patch fixes. If this patch isn't ideally
formatted, please tell me how you'd like it.
I refaxed my CLA today, since the one I sent 6 months ago was presumably lost.
One other set of changes needed is that there are still a bunch of obsolete
references to -a in man spamassassin. I would be happy to fix them but I have
no idea how to edit man page formatting.
