[X] I vote for the creation of this list
[ ] I vote against the creation of this listI would like to see some specific guidelines as to when discussions must be sent to this list, accessible to all ASF, and when they may be on a private list. I think of this as similar to people in government who have rules for transparency that exceed anything you see in business, with just about all meetings, letters, salary information, etc., having to be public. We are not a government office, but ASF does have a policy about transparency. What, specifically, is that policy?
