It's the pre3 release, but I saw it before on previous 3.0 release. It's happended 411 times today on an MTA running pre3 at an ISP that sees quite a bit of mail. But 411 times is only like 0.005% of the mail traffic that makes it into queue that SA really sees... so its difficult to debug. I never saw it happen on 2.63. d
