I think it's perfectly fine to have a single command handle all this stuff. "svn" is a reasonable example. It makes sense, I think, to put them all in one command because many of the options will be shared (--mbox, for example). My bigger gripe is that "man spamassassin" doesn't give the equivalent of "man perl", top-level documentation.
