and in the setup i'm talking about, this is actually a spamc client on one box
talking to a spamd server running on a cluster... all running 3.0-pre3.  i
havent seen any PSPAMD's since this morning at 11am.  

There were about 50 of them from 11:17am to 11:24am, about 20 of them from
9:05am to 9:22am,  and about 30 of them from 4:15am to 4:19am,  if that gives
anyone any ideas.

maybe its a specific spammer that knows how to exploit the engine to try and
bypass filtering??   i'll see if i can cross-reference the times with the emails
tonite to see if there is anything in common.
