It only manifests itself when spamd is called without a User: header, so the got_user_header callback is never called. Because of this the $current_user variable doesn't get undefined, so we've copied the original config back into place and never go and refetch the user_prefs for nobody. I'm going to fix this by just undefing $current_user after processing has happened. In reality, it would be much nicer/faster in this case to not copy the original config back into place, since it's not going to change anyway.
