The directory /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1 itself is created by Perl (or your 
distro's packaging system) in the first place.  If it doesn't exist, AFAIK some 
ExtUtils::MakeMaker magic does create it (nothing Mail::SpamAssassin specific). 
 
 
The weird thing is that you have both 5.6.1 and 5.8.0 in your @INC, that 
happens only if you upgraded from the one to the other version one day -- but 
starting from that day, no more modules are built inside the old directory.  So 
this looks like your Perl installation behaves a bit weird, maybe you have two 
perl executables lying around?
