In this case, the message(1) is a multipart with a message/rfc822 attachment(2) which itself is a message of content-type message/rfc822(3). So the current parser does ok with 1. It then deals properly with the attachment (2). It then says "we're not going to deal with a main content-type of message/rfc822" and doesn't subparse #3, so the rest of the code treats it as "text" and lets the whole thing get run against rules, etc. Hrm.
