When substituting _SCORE_ with rewrite_header, the value should be padded with
leading spaces or zeroes so that it will sort properly in a message list. v2.6x
padded with a single leading zero, leading to values like 05.01, which sorts
before 10.00.
My practice is to move all tagged spam to a separate folder, and sort the
messages by subject line so that low-scoring spam groups at the top. More
attention can then be given to looking for FP's in the low-scoring end of the
list.
