Your MTA will undoubtedly support header filtering and be capable of rejecting these messages during the SMTP session. This will cost so much less than filtering the virus as SPAM that you wouldn't believe it... If you are not sure how to make the relevant changes to your MTA feel free to respond privately to me (being sure to mention which one it is) and I will give you what assistance I can.
