Hello,

I'm installing spamassassin and am having a little problem with the
final installation. The testing of the sample spam and non-spam files
included in the distribution went fine. However, I am trying to
implement it on a test account first to see if it works. The lines I
put in my procmailrc were the default ones:

:0fw
| spamassassin -P

:0:
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
caughtspam

I have not edited the local.cf either in /etc/mail/spamassassin so it
has the default options. When I send a message to the account I
created called "test" with the subject "test1" and the body "test1" I
see sendmail accepts it fine

May  7 11:51:54 zeus sendmail[21885]: g47FpnP21883:
to=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, ctladdr=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> (762/100),
delay=00:00:05, xdelay=00:00:04, mailer=local, pri=30022, dsn=2.0.0,
stat=Sent

However, my message disappears after that. It never makes it to the
/var/spool/mail/test file nor does it make it to a "caughtspam" file in
test's home directory. I tried appending a -D to the spamassassin line
in my procmailrc, as it said that would log diagnostic messages. Where
does it log it to though? I can't find a log file in the home directory
of test, and it doesn't seem to report to syslog.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

-Brian
