That would be "... regularly *receives* ...", wouldn't it?  Which is not
something over which I necessarily have all that much control ... if I
did, I wouldn't need SA :-).

It's not just Bcc's -- it's any mail that comes from, for example, a
sendmail alias expansion.  Mail that comes from just about any mailing
list is also affected -- this one included.

I get at least twice as many messages each day that don't have my address
anywhere in the headers, as I get spam messages.  Anyone who's subscribed
to a mailing list with any volume -- again such as this one -- is going to
be in the same boat.
