My situation is a little different..  im using three different userlists

I have installed spamassassin sitewide using spamc through /etc/procmailrc on each 
mail server

but the spamd process is eating up system resources pretty severly on the machines..

which also serve httpd, pop3, imap, radius and other such things.

I want to setup something more like a milter on a main mail server where I can have it 
process all incoming mail for all servers and then let the 4 backend server deliver 
the mail locally...
