Hi everyone. Please help with an installation problem.
When I download the tar.gz, I unzip and Uncompress. Run perl Makefile.PL make install. I get this error suring make install Malformed UTF-8 character (unexpected end of string) at build/preprocessor line 47, <STDIN> line 29273.
