Actually, this is a missing db.h

You need to install the db4-devel RPM ... presumably anyway. For me on RH
7.1 it was db3-devel, but that's an outdated pacakage, so I suspect newere
RHs and distributions have a db4-devel equivilent. Otherwise you'll get
link errors later due to mismatched versions.
