spamd consistently produces a timeout when trying to access the razor servers. Specifically, Ping.pm is what craps out:
IIRC, this usually means that it can't contact the Razor server it's looking for. Try calling "razor-admin --discover" as the user spamd runs under, and see if that takes care of it.
