If I should, then I'll probably uses messages sent to this list, as I know there's no spam hidden in them; I can't guarantee that about any of my other folders. Is that a reasonable assumption?
Should I try to put through the same number of messages? Or doesn't it matter?
I wouldn't recommend relying on this list for all of your ham data. Spam messages are often copied verbatim here, so messages on this list tend to have a lot more tokens that would normally indicate spam than the rest of your mail traffic will. You'd be much better off using a wider variety of e-mail you've received.
