Yes, use "clear_unsafe_report_template" and "unsafe_report". See "man Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf" and /usr/share/spamassassin/10_misc.cf But don't change 10_misc.cf -- change /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf so you don't lose the changes when you upgrade.
