I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to accomplish - are you saying
you want spamassassin to see if the mailbox exists for incoming mail, i.e.
if I send an e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], you want SA to see if there is a
mailbox for bob? Shouldn't that be something your MUA does?

Remember... <swig swig> SpamAssassin won't 'block' mail. Only filter. So if
you're trying to do what I think you are, it sounds like a job better left
to your MUA or a procmail script.
