That is mail system dependent, as there is no standard requirement for envelope from address to be present within a message. The example that you posted had a 'Return-Path:' header that looked like the envelope from. Often times the envelope from is imbedded within a 'Received:' header. You will have to look at an example of your mesages -as presented to SA-. (IE SA may not 'see' the same thing that shows up in your INBOX.) I use SA with sendmail and a milter. I had to modify the milter to get it to synthesize headers that presented the envelope sender & envelope recipients so that I could use them in filtering & white/black list rules.
