Directing mail to folder

Hi     I just joined this list tonight.  I use Outlook Express.  I can't use the subject line to direct this mail to a folder.  I tried using the To: line for [EMAIL PROTECTED], but I am still getting mail with CC's. Is there any sure way to direct all this mail to a folder?   Thanks   Dean Wilder
