Apologies for the broken threading on the original, folks.
He came up with 22 because he was only adding the first "No" category from the web and missed the second one.... 13+9 = 22. A shortfall of exactly 15 votes....
Note to self: when reviewing bug reports, always double-check Justin's math ;)
