I think you're missing my point...

I like the headers... I can't live without 'em, they're great. My complaint is 
only about extraneous information in the report. If the Tripwire set hits 30 
times, I don't want 30 lines just for Tripwire. I think it would be more 
appropriate to have 1 line saying something like "Tripwire: 30 hits, 7 
points". In addition, with all these custom sets floating around in addition 
to the stock rules, it would be nice to have a configurable limit on report 
size.
