Yea, I wrote one in PHP for our users that integrates with amavisd and 
the POP mail system that we use (everything in sql). It just lets them 
change required_hits and whitelist/blacklist people, works really well 
for us. I think there are several PHP based scripts that frontend to 
amavisd (or SA directly).
