Bayes Db Problems.

I have spamassassin setup working on a windows box (via cygwin and using spamd). I copied over the bayes_* files to the home drive for the user for spamassassin.  I installed the db_file perl module (via cpan) and it seems this version is newer than that on the windows box.  This box is red hat 9. I searched the faq/docs/archives and came to the conclusion that this is a version conflict.  I tried what people said seemed to work, but I am in no way a Linux guru.  I was wondering either: A) With the dump of the org. databases, can import this into the newer database. B) Can I upgrade the old db_file format to the new db_file format?       Thanks, James
