I haven't done it, but looking at the long-term benefits, a) it's a quick and easy way to get Bayes running, with confirmed ham/spam information. Granted it's YOUR spam and ham, and may not reflect properly the full range of emails for the company, but it's a good start. b) Assuming you feed Bayes regularly from system-wide emails, your personal tokens will slowly be replaced by system-wide tokens, since Bayes ages its database.
