I want to create rulesets for Hebrew spam, the problem is that Hebrew can be used with few different encodings, cp1255, iso8859-8, utf-8 and ascii.
How do I add rules for other encodings than ascii?? I added some phrases and it detects them only if the email is plain ascii..
