Personally, I've found that enabling RBL checks brings up alot of FN tagged spam scores high enough to count as spam, and in some cases, high enough to be auto learned. My personal view is 'the more the better' in terms of anti-spam technologies, one method of catching spam on its own isn't likely to do much, but when combined with others it makes a big difference.
