I also saw a score config for HABEAS_VIOLATOR, but it wasn't triggered by our spam with habeas headers.
Yeah, it that only happens IF the mail was relayed by a particular IP that habeas has decided to list as a repeat offender. It doesn't auto-magicaly happen for all habeas abuse.. (there's no such thing as "verification" of habeas.. )
