Two questions:

a) is there more documentation somewhere regarding using
"bayes_ignore_header"? Are there any default settings
at all? What about the "To:" header? Do we need to
explicitly ignore that (do we want to)?

b) is there an "ignore" type config for sa-learn? Again,
I'm wondering about stopping the learning of things like
the To: header. Particularly in non-symmetric situations
such as, most ham is learned via auto-learn with mail from
the entire site. However, due to the auto-learn thresholds,
most spam is learned only by explicit saving/feeding of
spam. The "To:" headers on these two sets of email will
almost certainly be different and thus non-cancelling in
Bayes. Unless I misunderstand the situation, this will
give some bayes-badguy scoring weight to the people who
have bothered to save spam as food for sa-learn.

Thanks...
