I think it only took 1 week for it to get enough spam/ham in the bayes. I would also use a newer version of Spamassassin as 2.53 is much less accurate then 2.63. You will get some FP on office 2003 clients on 2.53. Their are rpms for 2.63 on the spamassassin site.
