I've been getting some spam from a source that tries to obfuscate their own URL by using some kind of Yahoo redirection URL:
<A href="http://rds.yahoo.com/*-http://www1fb33f89.sunwed.biz/PH009/?affiliate_id=233488&campaign_id=21014";>
It might be worth setting up a rule for if this keeps showing up..
