Where do you see that 4.9 score?
I have the following:
body US_DOLLARS_2 /\s(?:\$|US\$|usd?).?\d{2,3}(?:\.\d)?.?(?:m|millions?)\b/i
describe US_DOLLARS_2 Mentions $$$ ($NNN.N m/USDNNN.N m/US$NN.N m)
and in 50_scores.cf I have
score US_DOLLARS_2 0
and, as you can see from the regex, the match is for a phrase like "USD$145.2 Mil lion"
(space added in case your SA really is scoring 4.9 for that.)
