Here is an older rule to fix the broken AOL RDNS.

meta AOL_MESSED_UP        ( NO_RDNS_DOTCOM_HELO && FAKE_HELO_AOL )
describe AOL_MESSED_UP Let's not compound the felony here
score AOL_MESSED_IP       -2

Basically you would use the meta portion to create a multiple hit criteria. In
your case you would put your RBL combinations and use a positive score.

Hope this helps.

Subject: increased score for multiple blacklist hits

I am interested in creating a rule that would give extra points if a
message appears in multiple blacklists (NABL, SORBS, etc). The idea is
that if a message gets a hit in 3 of the BL, it is more likely than a
simple additive effect of appearing in each one individually.

What would such a rule look like?
