Here are 2 examples from our maillog:
Don't quote your maillog.. quote your message headers.
SpamAssassin does NOT get a copy of the message envelope, and that's what you see in your mail logs.
The From: line in the message could be something very different. Be sure to chec Resent-From: headers if they exist.. SA will ignore the normal From: line if a Resent header exists
