Hi Jonathan, At the moment the sare_fraud rules are being hosted on my server, since I plan on adding some more phrases to them and didn't want to keep bothering Chris with updates. It looks like during one of the updates on Chris' site, the link to my site went MIA. The fraud rules have not been updated since they 3/15 (first release), but should be updated next week.
