What does this mean?  I think undisclosed-recipients lists are pretty spammy,
actually.  There must be something I don't know.

If you put all the recipients in the BCC field (something you might want to do if you regularly forward things to large numbers of friends, so that their names and email addresses aren't recorded for posterity five forwardings down the line), the "To" field will be labeled this way.
